Keep right at the vacuum packaging of foods in a controlled environment can not eat anymore. But even the soles of food packaging experts does not guarantee sustainability, whether it be as cool.

Unless you eat the bodies of sterile control, even a vacuum mashine are accustomed to at home, just add a couple of days old refrigerator in certain types of foods (whole pieces of meat), water, and possibly a week (for certain types of vegetables low level).

That's what I advise to review, so it seems that you have your own vacuum sealer go (way!).

Refrigerator: regular, fresh food in the refrigerator should be no more than 7-10 days if it is not something that has been preserved and will last much longer. I make a lot of canning and can be held indefinitely if they are closed, but when we opened them about 3 weeks in the fridge, and I is approximately equal for all I in Cryovac (again, there are some exceptions) .

Freezer: If you are cryovac'ing something up and threw it in the freezer ... Be retained Well, not indefinitely, but most will want all the time. Back where I work, we have attached and the freezing (of many meat products, liver, kidney, etc.), and those who have it for months. Although not necessarily think that freezing the best thing is to do with food, the less true that if you do not stop going to be better than clean, Cryovac bag and a freezer. Last month, a year away (and probably more, but I never liked that long).

I hope that answers your question.
