Party Theme, Glow in the dark? - straw hat for decoration
Hello, Umm ... my bday so I'm almost 13 and wants to a birthday really cool .. a little, I wanted to glow in the dark about .. go but do not really know where to shine in the dark matter to find cheap .. I would like this for them, if someone can help with some websites and so. the kind of thing I want is like the glow in the dark and cups and straw hats glow in the dark sunglasses .. Donations to the party .. Also Glowin decorations dark ... Help please .. My birthday is in March and I am really worried about it made! Tips for planning the party and must also: D

I'm not sure, but you can try to buy glow sticks and get the money and all the things, and then the tape on things. Im not sure if it works well.
Now loads and loads of Glowsticks.
Make chains and flags and hang them.
